Reset & Relax with Varrie
Every Wednesday at 7.15pm
Reset and Relax is a deeply soothing yoga experience designed to bring your whole being back into a state of ease. This class blends the grounding movement of Slow Flow Yoga, the deep surrender of Yin Yoga, and the restorative stillness of Yoga Nidra — creating a holistic practice that melts away tension and invites profound relaxation.
You’ll begin with gentle, mindful flows to open the body and release stored stress, guided by slow, intentional breathwork that settles the nervous system. Moving seamlessly into longer-held Yin postures, you’ll soften connective tissues, quiet the mind, and deepen your connection to the present moment.
The class concludes with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep,” where you’ll be invited to fully let go and rest in a state between wakefulness and sleep. This deeply restorative practice supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and a sense of inner peace that lingers long after you leave the mat.

Kaivalya Kriya Yoga
Every Thursday 7.15pm
Kaivalya Kriya Yoga is an inclusive style of yoga which brings awareness to the mind, body & spirit’s correlation. It’s a method of yoga which blends well with all other styles of yoga, and can be practiced by everyone, regardless of physical ability or previous experience.
Kriya yoga’s purpose is to create awakening in the chakras, the main energy centres in the body, and gently awaken Kundalini energy. The techniques used in Kaivalya Kriya yoga shift physical, emotional & energetic blockages building strength and resilience. These techniques include asana, meditation, pranayama, mantras, mudras and bandhas, which you will be guided through at a gentle pace, to create a feeling of calmness. (Many of these concepts will be familiar to you if you’ve attended any of Fiona’s other classes.)
Through the various elements involved in a kriya yoga practice, we begin to feel greater alignment between our physical & subtle bodies.
Fiona (Chamunda) is one of only 4 teachers in Scotland currently authorised to teach Kaivalya Kriya yoga. -
